LOGINTELS is an independent, paid consultation service ($49). We are not an internet provider or any provider's customer service.
About LOGINTELS

Independent help, built around the consumer

Internet plans are confusing on purpose — bundled pricing, promotional rates that expire, and availability that changes block by block. LOGINTELS exists to make sense of it before you commit to anything.

Why LOGINTELS exists

Most people choose an internet plan the same way: they search online, land on a provider's own marketing page, and try to compare it against whatever they remember from a competitor's ad weeks earlier. The pricing shown is rarely the price billed after the first year. The "up to" speed on the box is rarely the speed delivered during peak hours. And once you're a customer, the provider has little reason to tell you about a better-fitting plan.

LOGINTELS was built to sit on the other side of that conversation — independent of any single provider, with no stake in which company you ultimately choose. Our only product is a clear, one-time consultation: we listen to what you actually need, explain the options and trade-offs in plain language, and let you make the decision with full information in front of you.

What "independent" actually means here

We are not an internet service provider, a telecommunications carrier, a cable company, or a government agency, and we don't pretend to be. We don't process installations, we don't activate service, and we don't bill for connectivity. When we reference a provider by name, it's to help you identify what's available — not because that provider is paying us to recommend them over someone else.

That independence is also why our fee is paid by the customer, not by a provider. A $49 one-time consultation fee, disclosed before you pay, is our entire business model. There's no hidden commission baked into a "free" call, because the call isn't free — and we think that's a fairer way to do this.

How we approach a consultation

Every consultation starts with your situation, not a script. We ask about your household's internet use — how many people are online at once, whether you work from home, stream in 4K, game competitively, or mostly just need reliable email and browsing — because the "best" plan looks different for each of those answers. From there, we walk through what's generally available in your type of area, what the realistic pricing looks like once promotional periods end, what equipment costs or rental fees to watch for, and what questions to ask the provider directly before you sign anything.

We're upfront about the limits of what we can promise. We cannot guarantee that a specific plan, price, or installation date will be available at your exact address — only your provider can confirm that. What we can guarantee is that we'll explain what we know clearly, flag what we don't know, and never pressure you toward a decision.

No sales pressure

We're paid for the consultation itself, not for steering you toward any particular provider or plan.

Plain language, always

No jargon you need to look up afterward. If a term matters, we explain it as part of the conversation.

Honest about limits

We tell you plainly when something is outside our control — availability, approval, and installation always depend on the provider.

Who a LOGINTELS consultation is for

People come to us at a few common moments: moving into a new home and facing a wall of unfamiliar provider names, watching a promotional rate expire and wondering if switching is worth the hassle, dealing with speeds that never seem to match what was advertised, or simply wanting a second opinion before signing a multi-year contract. If any of that sounds familiar, a consultation is built for exactly that conversation.

We're not the right fit if you already know exactly which plan you want and just need to sign up — in that case, going directly to the provider will be faster. We're built for the in-between moment, when you know you need internet service but aren't sure how to evaluate what's actually in front of you.
